**You should not use this product if**

•You have kidney failure
•You are currently on you menstrual cycle

• If you have genital piercings please remove before steaming
• You have a heavy period (experience 2 or more periods a month)
If you have an IUD there is a small percentage that steaming may cause your IUD to dislodge. We do not recommend steaming while you have an IUD however if you decide to steam you should limit yourself to 10 minutes and it would be at your own risk.
